FAQ

Where's my order?

All orders will generally be fulfilled 2-4 days after order placement (with the exception of big releases, holidays, and most weekends). Orders are shipped via USPS and you will receive an automatic email notifying you that your order shipped including tracking number. After order is shipped it can take anywhere from 2-5 days for it to reach you.

Please be aware the USPS has been experiencing EXTREME delays, so patience is appreciated!

Pure sticker orders are now shipped with a tracking number!

International Shipping Information:

All international orders are subject to customs/duty fees as determined by the respective country of acceptance. Possible custom fees are not covered in the price of international shipping and are the responsibility of you, the buyer. 

For the European Union, VAT rules have also changed and I have ceased all sales to the EU for now as it is becoming incredibly expensive to ship orders overseas. 

International orders can take anywhere from a week to a month to arrive and in the times of COVID, possibly longer. A tracking number is provided through USPS, but not always updated throughout the package's journey. PATIENCE IS KEY. 

If an issue still arises, it is suggested you contact your local post office and file a claim with them. I am not able offer refunds or returns/exchanges on any international orders at this time, so please place international orders at your own risk. 

Returns/exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL (no exchanges or returns), but please feel free to contact me if there is an issue with your order.

Do you do commissions?

Yes! I love doing personal or commercial commissions and working with like-minded people. Please email emmaatterbury@gmail.com with your idea, ideal deadline, budget, and any other information I might need and I'll get back to you as soon as possible!
